Monthly VPS billing
VPS Starter is billed monthly in USD, with no setup fee. Checkout shows the amount due and requires explicit authorization for recurring VPS billing. Saved payment methods are managed from your account.

Use the cancellation controls on your service. End-of-period cancellation requests keep the service until its paid period ends. Immediate cancellation requests delete the VPS and its data when processed.

Backups are not included with VPS Starter. Keep your own backups outside the VPS. Reinstalling or immediately cancelling a VPS destroys data; the service controls show a warning before you confirm.
10-day VPS refund policy
We offer a 10-day refund window for VPS performance issues. Contact support@node-haven.com within 10 days of your VPS purchase. We also consider other reasons on a case-by-case basis.
Billing questions
Cancelling a service does not automatically issue a refund. For an invoice or payment question, contact support with the relevant invoice number. Never include full card details.
